Personality: Wiseguy, due to his kind's nature, is split into two halves-- both literally and figuratively. As such, this also applies to his personality.

Wiseguy's main body is a dimwitted buffoon who generally acts and wrecks things. He's a complete moron and has never had a single coherent thought in his entire life, almost to the point where his average IQ scales into the negatives, making him one of the only Sigmatrix aliens to be less intelligent than an actual wild animal, like Buzzerbeak, Hushhunt or Centirannosaur.

Wiseguy's brain, on the other hand, has all the intelligence, so much so that he can preform intense calculations at hundreds of miles a minute, and his IQ rivals the 1 Nonillion of the average Cerebrocrustacean. However, he lacks the main body's physical strength and, therefore, cannot act alone.

The two halves perfectly counter and rely on each other, proving that they cannot work alone.

-Wiseguy's Brain can only use his Cerebrumkinesis on one target at a time and must focus heavily in order to do so, leaving the Main Body without direction and vulnerable to attack.
--Interruptions and distractions can also lead to severe downsides and backfire, hurting or possibly even outright destroying Wiseguy in the process.
-Wiseguy works by having the Brain strategize and make a plan, then having the Main Body enact said plan. Without orders and direction, the Main Body is effectively useless.
-Despite the Main Body's impressive strength, Wiseguy's bones can still be broken with enough force, making it hard for him to fight without blinding pain.

-A lot of Wiseguy's characterization is based on Borth-Majar from Chaotic.
-Centuries ago, the Cerebroborets were a species known far and wide across the galaxy for their dizzying intellect and peak physique that rivaled both the Cerebrocrustaceans and Tetramands, among many others. They had a vast cultural empire of both pure knowledge and brute strength, and it seemed that they were destined to be the Galaxy's apex lifeform. However, that all changed with a massive meteor made of Corrodium sent by the Vladat Empire of the Anur System hit their homeworld and ripped the planet asunder, turning it into a small orbiting collective of five moons. The impact of this meteor and the ensuing Corrodium Radiation forced them to adapt in an unpredictable way. Large horns that sat atop their heads folded over their eyes, turning them blind and leaving their heads-- now unprotected from the elements-- exposed. As the radiation intensified over the generations, their brains started gaining a sentience of their own, evolving to grow tentacles and becoming mobile. They would later develop a secondary brain in order to replace the lost first one. Nowadays, the Brain and the Main Body are entirely separate. With danger lurking around every turn, both sections now depend and rely on each other to survive, even if the partnership is difficult due to clashing personalities.
-In terms of function, the Brain does all the thinking, seeing, and talking of Wiseguy, while his Main Body does all of the physical work.
