NOTES
Basically what I've done here is transfer the weights and bones from thePWA's Quiet port (with original in-game rigging) to the static Quiet model, Mother Base prison version extracted by Methelina. It was far more painful than what it sounds. I fixed the issues the best I could, but there might be places where it could be better.

I've never done something like this before and I think it would have been much faster to just do a custom body rig. But I wanted an original rigging and so far looks like no one is extracting this version with her game bones.

Removed, edited and restored the "unused" bones when needed. I don't like bones that don't have any function at all, and the same for those that do have but are hidden.
Some bones where repositioned to make things easier for me (fingers and eyelids). The rest is just the same.
