Tomura Shigaraki - My Hero Academia

Theme:
Primary Antagonists from two of the most popular anime of superhero genre. They have extreme hatred towards the heroes of society and vowed to become the greatest villain this world would have ever known and a symbol of fear to every superheroes that ever lay witness to their presence.

Connections:
• Born from a world that promotes and commercializes the superhero community as a business that gives occupation to people with superpowers and take the roles of becoming heroes to regulate the peace in the world.

• Their ideologies revolves around annihilating the corrupt and injustice misconduct of heroes which stems from their experience of trauma when they're young (Garou we're always given the role of a villain when they're playing and the so called "hero" would always beat him. So when he sees a villain in TV shows he sympathises how they always had to lose and he's been bullied because of his odd views on hoping that the underdogs deserved to win as well / Tomura hated the unfair treatment of society for people who may not fit the mold of becoming a hero due to the glorified standard for this profession).

• Deep down their true desires was to become a hero but because of past experiences their views has been twisted and they took the role of becoming a villain instead (Garou has a high standard for heroes and when he's confronted by saitama and it was revealed that he doesn't seem to think he can fit the role of becoming one so he took an easy way of being a villain instead as an absolute evil that will unite everyone and stop the injustice in the world / Tomura originally has fascination of heroes when he's a child and hoped to become one as well but his father who hates heroes abused him whenever he brings them up and after awhile he has grown disdain towards heroes because of how he felt neglected when there wasn't anyone to help him in times of need).

• Possesses extreme powers and innate skill to adapt from the abilities of their enemies and copy or steal those powers/technique and they can also recover from severe damages they have taken (Garou's extreme martial arts skill and adaptive evolution / Shigaraki's Decay Quirk and All For One).

• Encountered a leader of villainous group who had taken an interest to them (Psykos and All For One) and wants them to believe they would unite in tearing up the heroes of society but the real motives of these people is to take over and control their well being but and once they learned of their goals they resisted and even managed to surpass them entirely after these events.

• They have destroyed multiple people in their past and would become the catalyst of being shunned by society (Garou beating up every disciple from the dojo of Bang and the start of the heroes hunting him / Shigaraki accidentally killing his own family from the awakening of his quirk).

• They are an absolute menace and known to take on multiple heroes and beat most of them.

Battle Potential:
The Battle scenario starts in a shady parts of the city with Garou hunting down the league of villains and treating them as a disgrace as he proclaims that villains should possess absolute terror and he sees none of it with them. But their leader Shigaraki comes up to see who's causing the commotion to his subordinates. He sense the strength and potential of the guy he's facing with and he offers Garou to join his cause but Garou declines. They are having a standoff and is ready to clash.

The fight would have emphasize the difference of their fighting style as Garou is more adept with close quarters combatant while Shigaraki is more well rounded fighter as he can deal up close but also has long range attacks and manipulates his environment to his liking as well. Garou would manage to evade his decay touch by his superior martial arts and maneuver his surroundings against the variety of Shigaraki's abilities. But Shigaraki's regeneration will let him always come back and eventually be able to land a touch to Garou. But Garou could counter as well with his adaptive evolution and transform to his awakened state by pushing his limiter (The Cosmic Form would be omitted as it is non standard and requires outside help).

The Banter could be fun as we could see comparison of their ideologies and the difference of their operation and they would mostly likely be spiteful towards each other. Garou would mock Shigaraki for being weak and independent of a team while Shigaraki would find out about Garou's intentions not being absolute when he sees innocent bystanders and saving them. Shigaraki exploits these weakness and mocks him back for being soft towards these weak and infallible human which enrages Garou. Garou then challenges him for showing who's the more fitting of the title as absolute evil between them and Shigaraki is obliged to accept. Whoever comes out on top would drag out the remains of the loser and drop it on the front of Headquarters of Heroes Association and brag about who should they fear as the absolute evil of this world.

Animation would be sprites.

Debate Potential:
It would be close from the start as they were relatively even in starting point but when they're gradually awakening their powers the lead seems going clear for the side of Garou as he's gonna get higher stats along side his clear advantage over skill and abilities.

Music Potential:
The OST would have intense and chaotic beats and some chanting to highlight the power they have and it could also have melancholic beats when they're expressing their ideologies and backstory.
