Yang Xiao Long - RWBY

Theme:
Female brawlers who were known to be hotheaded and they are the big sister and often the muscle and mentor of their groups. Both took a role that regulates peace in their society (Enforcer and Hunter).

Connections:
• They wield mechanical gauntlets as their signature weapon (Atlas Gauntlet and Ember Celica).

• They are caring towards their younger siblings who happens to be a weapons enthusiast (Jinx/Powder and Ruby Rose).

• Both started as Brash and hotheaded brawlers but they developed to become a highly skilled and a more level headed fighters though they are still a bit hotheaded for the most part.

• Their arms got destroyed by a fighters who wields sword (Vi lost her arm's Gauntlet to Sevika / Yang got her arm impaled by Adam Taurus) in which resulted on them learning humiliation and manage their hotheaded temper. They had a rematch to the said opponents and they ultimately won.

• They have a black haired female partner (Caitlyn and Blake) who have wealthy background and they're also a great fighter and are heavily implied to be a love interest but not officially confirmed.

• Have similar powers that are spiritual in components (Hextech being spirit magic and Auras are the life force in the series). Both can create passive shields (Blast Shield and Yang's Aura) and the ability to get stronger and faster the more they take damage (Denting Blows and Semblance, Burn).

• Both have father's that are huge influence in their life (Vander and Taiyang) and mentored them to become a better fighter and a leading model for their group. They are also daughters of powerful figures in the underworld (Vander is a prominent figure in the undercity, Zaun / Yang is the daughter of Raven who leads a band of mercenaries and is the Spring Maiden).

• Their individual stories also center around redemption and reconnecting with lost loved ones. (Vi got into conflict with Jinx after realizing that her little sister had basically turned into an insane terrorist, and she had to balance this with Caitlyn's need to find the gemstone / Yang ends up in conflict with Blake when they meet again because of how Blake ran away from the team after V3, and Ruby basically dipping to leave Yang alone).

• They have a teammate who is a rich heir to one of the most widespread companies of their respective home cities (Jayce of House Talos / Weiss of The Schnee Dust Company) and who uses a weapon that is straightforward in design but is as versatile as a swiss army knife in application (Hextech Hammer and Dust Rapier).

Battle Potential:
The battle scenario would be both participating in a fighting competition or my preferred would be them being involved in a crime case with Yang being in an establishment and is fighting a grim and the aftermath is that the place has blown up. Vi shows up in scene as an enforcer and spotted Yang and arrests her for disturbing the peace in the community while Yang argues that she is fighting a monster but Vi insists on taking her regardless. Yang refuses being arrested by Vi so here's how the started to clash.

The fight is gonna be a heavy close combat quarters with some long range attacks with Yang's gunshots and Vi's energy shockwaves. The choreography is simple as they could go blow to blow with punches, some grappling and throwdown and thrust bursts when they are in range.

The Banter would be fun as they could have a competitive interactions as Yang is known for throwing punchlines while Vi would be showing classy and authoritative remarks. If Vi wins she'll comment about how she should have just surrendered peacefully while If Yang comes out on top she would be commenting about how intense the fight is and feel sorry for taking down a peace enforcer.

The animation would be 3D no doubt.

Debate Potential:
It seems a clear win for Vi for now as she edges out in stats but the RWBY series is wrapping up soon and it might give Yang and the verse some boosts to help them in their future entry episodes (Which Includes Ruby as she needed it against her matchup).

Music Potential:
The OST would be intense rock and be a lyrical song. The lyrics could represent their burning desires and will to fight for their hopes and future.
