umm, first I downloaded the texture from a site, then set it as a pattern...
I put it on a seperate layer, under the rest, so it didn't get inside the lines ^3^;
then I changed the adjustments like colour/balance, saturation, sharpness, added some light gradients, and finally I added the black parts - the spots are brushes and those wire... things are just simply drawn with an ordinary brush.
that's all of it >_>;

I like the shading you did on the robe it looks very intricate. You ever kind of feel like lines take away from good shading?
