uhhwhat a weird title but ok D:
so many mistakes in this I'm not gonna even bother naming them all
This was a really really quick painting that I did for my dad's gift for Father's day <3
He is like....a hobbyist photographer but a total pro if I do say so myself so I drew some megane guy with a camera ;v;
The glasses only because my dad has glasses >.>
I KNOW that it's really badly rushed and all, but my hand was legit trembling the whole time
even my cousin could see, just cos I was that scared XD
Watercolours again ;o; I need to practise them more and it's a whole lot quicker, very convenient in this situation ;w;

Okay: gurl, this is FANTASTICO!
Weirdness aside, it is a beautifully made picture and it serves as a great gift for someone special to you. It doesn't matter if it was made in 10 minutes or 10 years: it is a great gift because, when living gifts, sentimentality is key. This picture will be remembered by your dad for a long time because you didn't just go and buy it; you made it for him. And besides, the only mistake I can see is with the hands; they do look a little bit wonky but the background is great! I don't even have the ability to add , let alone come up with backgrounds for ANY of my art.
And props to you for using art as a gift too; I did it for my dear sister once and she loved it.

I agree with you 100% on the hands though! I think they looked normal in the sketch, but when it came to inking the picture my fingers kept trembling [which had never happened before] and so some parts got messed up. But thank you for your honesty

I have had issues when inking in my pictures as well; when you're tracing a line in and you slip a little bit and it almost ruins the whole thing. Happens pretty often and I had to learn to deal with those little mistakes and not linger. The shaking was probably due to you pressuring yourself; between rushing to get it done quick and giving it to your dad, I don't know which would've caused more stress.
My support is never going to diminish as long as you continue to make art.
