Modelling done in 3DS Max 5.1The textures were done in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Lit with a HDRI map.

Not bad for a quick model. Good texture work. The model itself seems really low detail. And the black stripe under "JUN-TAO", is that supposed to fade to grey in the back, or is it supposed to fade to the yellow of the body like the stripe under the "32"?
