Well, here's what she said to me:
"Sorry but no exceptions can be made to the rule about side accounts not entering any contests, playing games or earning points on the site. Since the Beauty Contest is a contest you cannot enter it from any account but your main account."
BUT. I asked her...
"...Would it be particularly scum-ish of me if I just transfered pets from my side accounts to my main whenever I wanted to enter them, and then transfered them back afterwards?"
And she said...
"It wouldn't look good probably to other members of the site but as long as the pets were on your main account for the duration of the Beauty Contest (from entering to when the winners are announced) then there isn't a rule against that. I'm sure you are very aware of all the risks of using the pound to transfer your pets so if you wanted to take that risk to enter you could."
