Description For the 20 questions challenge.

Question from ~kouroutaru : What makes the sky so blue?
Answer: Magical paint, duh!

Now, I have a couple of questions for all of you!
1: Should I add more of a background to this picture, or leave it the way it is?
2: If I made this a print when I turn 18 (less than a month away, eee!) would you buy it?
3: What else can I improve in this picture? (Should I change a color, fix some portion of anatomy, add more shinies to something, etc.)

I think the background would be neat if you made it look like she's walking through some sort of a dimension door.. That is, to keep most of the white, but behind her (below the bucket at the footstep) draw a circle with a forest inside of it. Like the background in [link] only not with a sky and with more trees instead.

I wouldn't buy this as a print because I already have way too much stuff.

I really love the colourfulness of this one The shading on her clothes and skin is amazing. The only thing about this picture that doesn't seem to belong their is the hair. Her clothes are folded in the right way and her face has a proper 3D shape, but the hair just doesn't flow the right way. The hair looks flat, while everything else doesn't.

I see what you mean about the hair. If I add a little dimension - a little shading to the bottom of the ponytail - I think it'll look a lot better.

1. It's probably fine as is...sets off the theme of an artist adding paint to a canvas better, I guess.

2. Nope. I'm broke. Besides, while I love the idea behind this, it's not one of your best. More on that in a sec.

3. Anatomy on this one is...off. The torso looks weird. The neck looks weird. Angles just seem off somehow, in general. And I don't know why, but the facial expression bothers me.

Yeah.. The torso's been bugging me and I can't see how to fix it.

I have an issue with mouths that aren't straight on, when they're in an open smile like this. I'll try to fix that.

My Answer: Personally, I like it the way it is. The white makes the picture have a more clean feel.

My Answer: Congrats on being so close to turning 18! My personal answer, no. I don't have the money, and even if I did, I have no place to put it and it would not look good in anyplace in my home(Due to my homes style).

My Answer: The foot that is taking the next step looks wierd to me; It looks like there is a hinge attaching her foot there so that it bends upward sharply, almost as if its not attached to the leg at all. Her mouth, I think, needs to have a little bit more lift on the side she is winking on and make it look more like she is smiling( She's supposed to be smiling, right? ). Other than those two small details, I think it looks great! Good job!
