"Overstimulation"
Being a tad 'differently wired' than most folks i come to realize not everyone is trying to see EVERY flash of light, color change and shadow, every detail on EVERYTHING ...ALL. THE. TIME.
I do.
I tone things down to make things more digestible for the masses, but this, this time i did not.
THIS is how things seem to me. EVERYTHING, ALL AT ONCE. If i could have added voices, music and a truck backing up in the distance, i would have. The winds passing over each horse, the twinkle if every light burning into my brain.
Sometimes its overwhelming.
Sometimes i bathe in it as it is glorious.
I cant tell which is which, its more like its accumulative. Eventually even the things i find glorious fill me up to overflowing and i gotta shut down for a while.
Rebuild.
Recluse.
I sometimes reflect all this and overstimulate others. Its a weird burden and hard to control.
I cant be the only one, heck I KNOW I'm not.
I want to thank Sandra Su for allowing me to paint from her beautiful photo. I may have strayed from it, but at its heart its how i saw it.
