; u ; Well, I've been wanting a new OC for awhile!This is Raine with her companion, a drifloon named Windy.
(Drifloon is one of my favorite Pokemon.
)I am very proud of myself because she has NO PINK in her design!
(I kind of wanted her to be nothing like Peaches.)
Let's all have a round of applause for that!
Anyway, she is my OC and this my icon, so it's not for free use. Thanks! C:

I wanted her to have a companion but couldn't think of any animals that would go well, finally I thought I should give her a Pokemon friend, and drifloon seemed like the perfect choice.
