sometimes one just feels like drawing beta pokemon. This one was a pretty quick one with no real intent beyond wanting to at least try to have a vaguely loomy-spooky sensation? hence it having no background to speak of and just generally being pretty choppy-looking.

Looking at beta arceus, why the finalised arceus has the eldritch glingle glingle screee cry makes more sense to me.
