Overall, it's a nice composition that reflects the character pretty well. I think a bit more dynamic shading would help capture the "just walked off the 3D" feel a bit better, but that is more of a stylistic choice than a technical one.
I do have a few qualms about certain portions, however. While Bayonetta was clearly pale, the tone used on her face seems virtually skeletal, making it seem almost like she's lapsing into the background. The plane of her chest jewel plate seems a bit odd, too, as though it's going one way while her chest goes another.
Another stylistic matter that it took me a while to place was that her legs are of a more realistic proportion. This is, of course, not a technical matter either--it's just something I didn't notice initially. Bayonetta was designed, after all, to have grossly longer legs-per-height than the average humanoid.
Still, I like the attention you paid to her wrist-tresses, her catsuit rose, and those dangly ribbony things (I'm big on ribbony things) in her hair. I might have personally chosen a different background (and probably color thereof), but again: style is the name of that game.

welp like u said only problem is color.....and her thighs a lil on the chun-li side other then that I like it.

This is just beautiful. Your attention to detail is one of the reason I love your art. I couldn't tell at all that you ran out of time and didn't fully color it, I thought the way it turned out was very stylized and attention getting. The pose is great and nothing seems to be out of proportion. I just wish it was a little larger since I would adore getting to view all of those details a bit closer up.
