The sketch and the finished piece look both very good, in this sketch I think the face looks better because in the finished piece, the shading on her cheek makes the girl more "skinny" that's why the sketch has a more gentle look.
The lips too are slightly different...in the sketch the girl seems actually younger in my opinion.
By the way, once again a beautiful deviation from you, I really appreciate your talent!
