An interesting picture.
The immage is some what surreal looking.
I love the contrast and the subtle colours with in the picture.
The sky line is absolutely amazing, I love it and hope to see more of it.
Critiques on natural photography is difficult as nature is nature and there is no room for change.
I actually love natural immages I like the way we can be inspired by them.
I think the clouds give a stormy feel to the whole theme and I like the atmospheric sensation it gives through the eye senses.
It actually gives me goose bumps to look at and I would gladly put this on my wall, it is the kind of immage you can loose your self in.
Ther is some great perspective in this too, it is like looking into the disatnce whilst walking.
Seeing the image makes me wish I had the ware with all to travell as this is a place I would like to see for real.

I love the way everything in this shot follows the curve around. Sometimes you just have to be in the right place to see it but when you do . . it blows you socks off.

I think this is pure magic! You gave Tallinn the look of a mediterranean city , something like those in Greece, Sicily, Spain or the Azure Coast .... It's something that this town really deserves,bright colors cause usually it's kinda gray and frozen.

Seriously, what's the point in making a tonemapped HDR when you clip your blacks???? I was there with you and my yet unprocessed RAW has more dynamic range than this.
