Description
Overflow is kind of a ‘meh’ alien for me, but I had quite a few idea for his ultimate that I wanted to get down before I forgot. Don’t worry, the last two Anur aliens will be next week and the week after.

Powers:

Overdrive - The entire body of Ultimate Overflow turns a burning red, his body burns to the touch and all of his basic water attacks turn so hot that it can burn even some of the toughest of foes. Overdrive is only for a limited amount of time because he expends far more water than he can produce in this state.

Mobile Water Cannons - The water cannons on his back are capable of adjusting to be in front of his shoulders or aim behind his feet.

Pressure Enhanced Speed - Using the water cannons on his feet and back, Ultimate Overflow can over at fast speeds.

Flight - By using the water cannons on his back and feet, Ultimate Overflow is capable of flight while still able to fight using the cannons on his arms. Using more cannons to fly due to his significantly heavier weight.

Maximum Pressure Cannons - The ‘caps’ on the water tanks on his elbows are actually water cannons so powerful that they can be used to enhance the strength of his punches, enhance his speed, and as a tool to attack those that grapple him from behind and his back cannons cannot hit.

Extremely Pressurized Water - The water is so pressurized that upon firing and hitting another being it is possible for the skin of some of the toughest creatures to be flayed.

Weaknesses:

Electricity - Self-explanatory, the electricity can be channeled through his water, severely injuring him.

Difficulty Stopping/Turning - Ultimate Overflow has difficulty turning or stopping while using his water cannons to increase his speed. While he does have options for stopping or turning it can be rather dangerous to his allies and surroundings.

Heavy: Ultimate Overflow is extremely dense and can no longer swim even though he can breathe underwater. He can use his water cannons to move temporarily however. Many surfaces break under his weight.
