She was about 23 in SF2 which means she was *at most* 22 in the SFA3 prequel. Sakura is confirmed 16 during SFA3. Given that Sakura still wears her school uniform in SF4, one would assume she is no older than 18 years old, meaning 2 years elapsed between SFA3 and SF4. That means Chun is about 25 in SF4.
Capcom no longer publishes year of birth, so whatever they published in the past probably isn't canon anymore. Not that Capcom has ever been consistent about anything...
