The link is right and it's working for me, hopefully the next time you try it will work!

Ah it just means you need this model, as the recolours are linked to it rather than being copies of the same mesh over and over:

Sorry I might not have explained it that well. Here's a visual reference:

The first folder is the 'default', the one I linked to. It contains the mesh file and the original (default) textures. The other folders are what you download from this pack, and they are separated into the rest of the folders. Only the textures are in the folders, not the mesh. They rely on using the mesh from the first folder. Each outfit will work as a separate model, but they only rely on one mesh file, saving space.

I've no idea, I just picked some texmods from BSN.

I thought you made them yourself, inspired by them. How did you crack a texmod file? I tried that, too. Failed. I could not even open a texmod file.

I use this utility [link] which you drag and drop tpf files onto, and it gives you a .zip file with the files inside. So you need a graphics programme that can open DDS files, since most texmods use DDS images. Photoshop is hit-and-miss with it, but Paint.net (free program) has build in DDS support so you can use that to view/convert the DDS files.
