Experimental art... just like my cooking... well except that the drawing looks nicer than my food.xD
Anyways I experimented a bit with this and I kinda like the outcome.. well the background not so much but the way Topsy looks.:3
Due to my experimenting it took way longer than I thought it would.^^
Also traditional lines, yay.:3

Just how through have I been last night, sheesh... There I go writing a story and then forget to post it.OTL
Anyways there you go:

It was still early, the sun had barely reached the peaks of the mountains around Vinstra and most of the horses out in the pastures were still dozing. A strong wind rippled through the tall trees and a light bay mare raised her nose into the crisp morning air.
Something was up, she could feel it.
The quietness of the past days the mare had spent on Vinstra stud didn't quite want to settle today. There was a sense of anticipation, a suspense that made her uneasy. She snorted silently and a few of her pasture mates looked up, curiousity winning over sleepiness.
The mare nickered lowly, reassuringly and the other horses relaxed back into their drowsy state.
Yet she didn't. She looked up towards the sky that was painted in smoky orange-ish and pale blue colours then she breathed in deeply, the cool breeze filling her lungs. A shiver ran down her back as she swished her tail.
Soon everything would be different.
