I drew a cosplay of General Armstrong from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. This is my second Fullmetal Alchemist fan-art.
I'm re-watching Fullmetal Alchemist, and I think she's my favourite character, but I'm not sure because they're all so good! This was pretty hard to draw, the outline took me an hour and it usually only takes 10 minutes. The sword was especially hard.
