I take it SH2 is your favorite Silent Hill game? You seem to do the most SH fan-art for it. I really like that game, too. Wish there was more story, but the themes and characters were very interesting. Did you play the remaster collection? Cause it looks like you used Troy Baker for James facial reference (more than the original James render). It's always easy to tell when artists use that VA for reference on characters he voices. He's got a distinctive "taco" nose (that really protrudes out in a curvy shape in angled shots) and very thin lips. Can't blame you for it, he is crazy hot...
I did find a similar black and white photo of James you probably used for reference on the SH wiki, but the nose still looks more like Baker's less pointy than the original render (but your artwork version looks much better than the reference, more realistic, especially for the detailed hair and appropriately lined face). I really agree with that other comment, this looks so much like a movie poster. I love it when you create video game posters, I love that other one you did for Witcher 3 by combining several artworks into one large poster. Would you ever consider re-visiting the fandom by doing new Silent Hill fan-art? I've been really nostalgic for the series lately since Konami canceled Silent Hills and evidently won't be making another game for a really long time

I love SH2 most of all from the series! This artwork was created when I even didn't know about Troy Baker. As reference I used official render of James from the game (this one: vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/s… ) I've never drawn Troy Baker before, but maybe I'll make it sometime, as you've mentioned - he's pretty hot
I haven't played in SH Remastered. I really don't like that they changed all voices in the game.
And I finally found my favorite style of drawing - black and white graphic 
Maybe I'll draw more SH fan art in the future

This is, without a doubt, the most gorgeous piece of Silent Hill art I've ever seen. The colors and tone so perfectly encapsulate the atmosphere of the game, and the way you've captured the characters is just stunning. Absolutely breathtaking!
