A friend from Transformers Legends United and I collab'd to make an original transformer for a mascot contest. He provided me with the character's background and an outline for what he would look like and over a few months we meshed him out. He is a Decepticon who prefers to range over the wilderness of Earth but can hand out a beat-down when called upon.
