I don't understand the point...theres no attention to composistion, principles of design...it's just a snapshot. This would be better in scraps.

you must not understand the point of account nor how difficult it is to take picture of your own feet. thanks for the suggestion on which category to place my feet in, but i will choose for myself. if you didn't like it, why did you click on it?

If you don't want people to critique your photography and it's artistic merit, don't put the "Critique Welcome" specification on your deviation.

i don't care if people critique it, but i think that if you don't like something, then i don't know why in the hell you'd click on it.

if you are going to critique something, you should also give a postive element of it also so that your critique seems valid to the person receiving it. i looked at your site and your pictures are great and the newer ones are quite well done, but some of the older ones are not so great. and you somewhat mention that in your journal about how you are improving. i also took note that you are only 14. i'm impressed that you are 14 and doing so well with your work. due to your success and your knowledge, when you critique something, you need to do it in a respectful manner (giving positive elements and then suggesting areas of work) so that they will respect your work in return and not just think you are some bitch. you have such great work.

Alright, I'm sorry if I came off rude and I totally understand that my comment didn't really have a positive aspect in it. And, looking through your gallery, you had some great photographs at well--i only looked at this one though (basically a random click looking through new deviations). I apologize that my critique wasn't more balanced.

Apology accepted. Thank you for your compliments, and I'll try to work on the stuff you critiqued me on. Were there any specifics? You just said that it like wasn't oh I forget! It was like that it didn't have any of the things in it. I should work on that if I plan on selling these (which I do), so can you be more specific now that we've worked out the other thing?

I don't know. I can't view the image from the computer I'm on (stupid school computer restrictions) but from what I recall, the focus was very nice and everything was clear, but I would have put the foot somewhere other than the center...that's basically my suggestion to make this picture a little more interesting 
and are you going to get a prints account? if so, that's awesome

ehhh no, print accounts just cost too much. lol. my company is going to sell them to a large corporation. normally i don't put things in the middle of my photos unless i'm just snapping photos and not looking into the camera, so i totally understand what you mean about that.
