well, up until now, there are only two ways to rip models, one is using UNITY (the easiest one), the other is using ninjaripper, the hardest one, as you need to assemble 1k+ pieces on blender, then you grab whatever you can after erasing anything that isn't part of a model.

well, the blender one is pretty much self explanatory, pressing the "save all" button on ninjaripper, then use rip2object to make everything into objects you can export to blender, then export piece by piece, that's pretty much what i did, unity, well, no idea how to do that, i found a few tutorials but they are old, once yansim jumped to unity 5 most of them became obsolete.
