Description Another commission of one of my D&D OCs, the lovely Amora Glimmerblade, half-elven bard & priestess of Sune. Art by erikvonlehmann.deviantart.com/

So far, Amora has been rendered by an Italian dude, two Brazilian women, and an American guy with a German name. Her look is growing into a solid concept, which I credit Clover Teapot with. She's my international beauty!

Amora Eveningstar Glimmerblade was born in 1465 DR in Baldur's Gate in the Forgotten Realms, her human mother a prostitute, her father an itinerant elven sailor. Abandoned along with her sister Aurora at an Ilmaterian monastery, she grew up in the streets of the Outer City, learning to dance for coin and evade the predators that would try to despoil her beauty.

She was adopted by a Sunite priestess named Kiriana Amcathra, a bastard daughter of one of the Waterhadvian Amcathra noble family. Together, they traveled to Neverwinter to start a new temple to Sune, and began courting favor with Dagult Neverember to win his patronage. Unfortunately, Amora fell victim to an ogre slaver named Tergorgl, who was providing slaves for Neverember's amusement in an arena. During her escape, she met Justhanthalas Glimmerblade, a pale Moon Elven warrior. Together, they slew their captor and returned home to her mother's villa, where they made love for the first time. But the discovery of a slaver connection was too much of a political liability for Neverember, who hunted down the lovers and caused them to flee on a ship sailing south.

From there, she survived being press-ganged onto a pirate ship, fought in a brutal battle against Neverwinter's Mintarn marines, fought and slew the aboleth called the Skumlord in the foul depths of Skullport, was captured and brutalized by an efreet (causing her to lose her unborn child), commanded her own pirate ship, was imprisoned once again, savagely attacked by a werewolf, and battled hill giants in the foothills of Mount Hotenow. She now struggles with werewolf lycanthropy, and she tries to control the beast within her for the safety of her elven husband and her companions. But her wolf form gives her power she never before had, and she could never be helpless again.
