Kelsey was born from a small town that was just near Civic City. She was a very strong lady who is often known to be saving a lot of people's lives. When she moved to Civic City, she started her job at first as... a crash test dummy. She was strong enough to withstand a lot of crashes and attacks, and that got the attention of one person who offered her a place in Mayor Smal's office as a security guard and safety tester. Kelsey accepted and soon was now working in the office. She was enjoying it and loving everything about it so far, until she was asked to be part of Eugene's team for safety reasons. Kelsey accepted and soon became part of Eugene's team as the muscle

Kelsey is a special Crash Test Mini that is known to crash right through enemies. She is equipped with a special suit that inflates whenever she's about to crash, or when she's about to get hit by the opponent's attack. She also uses it as a special pillow for not only herself, but also for both Nathan and Eugene whenever they are exhausted

In battle, Kelsey crashes through the target and also uses the suit's airbag function as a way of deflecting attacks and using it to ram the target

Hard Tackle: (Regular|Physical) The user tackles the target. This may make the target stunned for 2 turns

Inflated Deflection: (Regular|Status) The user inflates her suit to deflect a attack. Any attack from a 1st Stage Mini is deflected. 2nd Stage Mini's attacks are a 50% chance of deflecting. 3rd Stage Mini's attacks are a 25% chance of deflecting

Nylon Clothesline: (Regular|Physical) The user clotheslines the target with her rubber suit, doing major damage
