Okay, so this may not be a "board game" picture, but it is based on a suggestion from PoodleHead2005 .

I'd imagine that this takes place sometime during 1997 or 1998 in Lake Hoohaw. Bootsie Snootie has recently gotten a Sega Saturn (either for her birthday or as a Christmas/Hoohaw Hoo present). This is roughly some time before the Dreamcast was released, but Bootsie wanted a Sega Saturn instead (and she had not heard of the Dreamcast yet). Bootsie likes the Saturn so much that it's one of the few things that she doesn't get bored with, and this was likely her first video game console that inspired her to become a gamer later on in her life. One of her personal favorite games to play is SEGA Rally Championship (which was originally an arcade game). Bootsie also asked Munchy Beaver if he wanted to play the game with her (on "World Championship" mode), and although he was nervous about playing SEGA Rally Championship at first, he decided to give the game a try. So, here they are, playing the game at the Snooties' mansion. Munchy has also noticed that Bootsie is very good at the game, partially because the controller she's using is an "Arcade Racer" steering wheel. The Snooties only have one Arcade Racer, though, so Munchy is only able to use one of the regular Sega Saturn controllers.

Speaking of the Arcade Racer, that one was one of the hardest parts of the picture to draw, and I kept having to redraw it several times because I was not happy with how it looked. Both Bootsie and Munchy are standing up while playing the game because they did not want to sit down. I'm also not completely satisfied with how this whole picture turned out, but I tried my best.
