Description Goodness, I have a lot of PB&J Otter fan-characters, don't I? I think that's okay, though.

So, here are two more characters I came up with; A male corgi and a female otter (even though there's lot of otters already). The corgi's name is "Cinnamon", and he's from Outer Poochivia. Although most of Poochivia's citizens must be poodles, I like to imagine that the town's mayor is a pleasantly plump corgi! He's a neutral character, so he's not really good or evil. The otter is named "Mulberry" (after a type of berry), and she is supposed to be a new villain. However, unlike Snaggle Croc (whose deeds are just downright criminal), Mulberry is more of a Harmless Villain (to the point where she might as well be the female otter equivalent of Dr. Evil from Austin Powers!), so her schemes are more silly than whatever Snaggle would think up of. Mulberry is also (surprise-surprise!) the younger fanon sister of Mayor Jeff!

Here are their official bios...

Cinnamon
Nicknames: Mayor Corgi (only by the citizens of Outer Poochivia), Mr. Chubby-Buddy, The "Big Guy" (Edouard usually calls him this).
Species: Corgi (Dog)
Gender: Male
Age: 45
Alignment: Neutral
Appearance: Cinnamon is a corpulent, tricolored corgi with small "dot" eyes. He wears a boater hat, an orange string tie, and brown shoes. Cinnamon also wears golden bracelets on his wrists and carries a golden cane, as a sign of his wealth.
Friends/Allies: Mr. Bigdog (he and Cinnamon have known each other since they were pups), Edouard Snootie and his family, and most of Outer Poochivia's citizens.
Enemies: Johnson Poodle (who was actually rude to Cinnamon once), Frank Poodle, and Snaggle Croc (yes, even Cinnamon doesn't like Snaggle!).
Personality: Jovial, humble, well-mannered, and laid-back.
Additional Information: Cinnamon comes from a long line of weathy canines, having descended from a royal king who ruled over Outer Poochivia long ago when it was nothing more than a small village. Thus, Cinnamon is a very rich dog, perhaps even more rich than the Snooties! The corgi owns his own golden mansion located right in the middle of Outer Poochivia, complete with a bank to store his money, and a built-in office that Cinnamon uses to run his business. Although Cinnamon has an affinity for money and gold, he is willing to share part of his wealth with Outer Poochivia's citizens, but only if they are nice to him. Anyone who insults the corgi gets nothing, and may risk going poor.
Likes: Money, being rich, playing board games (a guilty pleasure of his), swimming in his indoor pool, jazz & swing music, hot tubs, having a positive reputation, tap-dancing, hosting holiday parties at his mansion, and peanut butter-covered apples (his favorite treat in the world!).
Dislikes/Hates: Disrespectful people, bankruptcy, bank robbers, losing his money or cane, chocolate, fetishes (he especially doesn't like the diaper fetish), being called a "cheapskate", racism, and Snaggle's terrible deeds.
Favorite Song: "(Up A) Lazy River" (Louis Armstrong's version from 1931)
Candidate Voice Actor: Jess Harnell

Mulberry
Full Name: Mulberry Lutraton
Species: Otter (as if that wasn't obivous enough)
Gender: Female
Age: 49
Alignment: Evil
Appearance: Mulberry has dark pale blue fur, a light grey muzzle and belly, "dot" eyes, and shaggy "hair" that goes down to her shoulders. She also has three pairs of crooked whiskers protruding from her cheeks. She usually wears a black coat and dark brown combat boots.
Parents: Unknown (it's assumed that both of her parents are deceased.)
Sibling(s): Jeff (older brother)
Friends/Allies: Snaggle Croc (at times).
Enemies: Her brother Jeff, PB&J Otter, and the other citizens of Lake Hoohaw.
Personality: Cunning, very sarcastic, imaginative, and somewhat egoistic.
Additional Information: As a kid, Mulberry was very mischevious. She always liked to cause mischief by writing on the walls in marker, or stealing cookies from the jar when no one was looking. Mulberry would frequently get in trouble and be reprimanded by her parents, but she rarely learned her lesson. She was, however, envious of her older brother, Jeff, who got more attention from their parents than her,. Mulberry eventually ran away from home when she was 18, having gotten tired of being neglected and forgotten. She also got more jealous when she found out that Jeff had been elected as the mayor of Lake Hoohaw in 1988 (and somehow has kept his job ever since)! Nowadays, Mulberry has decided to become a villain, and with her troublemaking nature, takes pleasure in coming up with ridiculous schemes to cause mischief around Lake Hoohaw. She has not teamed up with Snaggle Croc for a huge scheme.... at least, not yet.
Likes: Plotting "evil" schemes, rain, golfing, swimming, causing mischief, pranking people, sleeping, Halloween (her favorite holiday!), Bucky Spacebeaver (her guilty pleasure), steaks, bacon, and wearing dark colors (as evidenced by her coat).
Dislikes/Hates: Being called "cute", vegetables (she insists on eating meat instead), losing her patience, being humilated, tree nuts (she is allergic to them), and being the victim of her own pranks.
Favorite Song: "Love Is a Battlefield" by Pat Benetar (1983)
Candidate Voice Actress: Tress MacNeille

PB&J Otter(C) Jim Jinkins

I think (Outer) Poochivia is likely an urban town where many canines reside. It was mentioned in "A Very Surprising Party", where if Mr. Bigdog was not impressed with the Snooties' party, he would force them to move there from Lake Hoohaw. Although, I'm not sure if it's actually spelled "Poochivia" or "Poochovia". It could be two alternate names.

I think on the Mossflower Revolutionaries' "To Soundly Vanquish" list, Mulberry and Snaggle Croc are both listed towards the bottom along with Vlad Masters/Plasmius, Charlotte Echidna, and most of the descendants of the Redwall villains.

Every time the Mossflower Revolutionaries either capture or "vanquish" somebody on the list, they perform a ritual which does include the full "I am that is" statement. The Greg-Fujiwara Project has also assisted the M.R. and the S.A.F.T. Squad in some of the villain stoppings lately.
