This reminds me a little of a Rene Magritte painting.
It has such a nice, soft quality to it, and that little goldfish looks wistful.

Composition, colors, and the flatness of the sea are beautiful. Boat seems a bit odd though. Like it's floating there. Maybe needs more shadow to it? I don't know. Excellent job though.
