Description
For Sins of the Prophets.
Unikraken approached me asking for a concept for a flood pure form ship thing; something along the lines of a flood capital ship. However, considering the flood aren't intelligent enough to construct their own ships using technology, I conjured up some sort of massive super-organism of flood origin which would roam the galaxy "conquering" planets and enemy ships by releasing smaller but still significantly large "spore" ships to infect other vessels (on right.)
For the shape I took a lot of inspiration from the lionfish, although I recently had a discussion regarding the creature's mobility, specifically how it would travel through space - but I'll leave that up to the modellers and animators involved with the development team.
