Background: Before he and his 3 siblings were born with a family, they had parents A Jolteon and A Glaceon, both were doing everything they can do to protect them, Unfortunately, during an Unknown attack, they tragically died, and it look like the eggs would be gone too, but were saved thanks to their few cousins. A few months later, this Eevee was the last one of the siblings to be born, but what not many Pokémon discovered is that he is born with a superstar on his tail... The origin of the star is unknown, but It's said to contact with the legendary Pokémons.

But sometimes in competitions, he’ll stay as an Eevee (Only has two form due to star energy tho it can cost him half of the energy)
