Oh look at that! I drew a Shinlai! Not just any Shinlai, my own dear Phlorian. "But Mo, what's up with his horns?"Well, I redesigned them. In fact, I am redesigning Phlorian alltogether. A little. Certain aspects of him were literally stopping me from drawing him and that is not good. So yeah, there you go. He's got new horn and a bit of a new haircut.

On a different note, I can't quite figure out how exactly the horns behave in time and space perspective-wise, so that is still to be figured out.
