He joined the time patrol under the guise of being a recruit but he had much bigger plans and with the move to Conton city which held Frieza's spaceship it made things much easier. He would join the Frieza Forces before betraying Frieza and joining Cooler. He used Cooler to teach him his fifth form transformation technique after he'd defeated Cooler at his strongest. He would constantly challenge Frieza while under Cooler and best him until Frieza decided to use his ultimate power, his golden transformation. This all apart of Frozko's plan who wanted to see the power he'd heard about. After defeating Frieza, he was the new ruler. Of course this didn't sit well with Frieza so he conspired with Cooler and those few of the Frieza Forces who were still loyal to him, Zarbon most notably not included as he'd plead his loyalty to Frozko after Frozko trained under him while in the Frieza Force before beating him. To Frieza and most others surprise he unveiled a new transformation which he dubbed his Golden Terror form. This Golden Terror Lord Frozko, was of course golden much like Frieza 's transformation but his armor also changed a bit as if he were going into his fifth form (Which he usually doesn't use as he sees his fourth form as his true form, he may bring it out for show or intimidation though.) In this new form he instilled fear in just about all members of the Frieza Force this power wasn't felt from neither Frieza nor Cooler who were both at their strongest forms. This one being's power was eclipsing the power of the two people whom they believed to be the strongest in the universe. He would immediately strike down lower forces in groups of ten with his Split Finger Beam technique which in this form was much faster and deadlier than it already was. Once he got to 50, in a matter of seconds, he struck that signature pose that was all so intimidating and infuriating to Frieza. He beat every single enemy into submission, Frieza more so because he'd tried to strike down with a Death Beam Zarbon to get to Frozko. He would choke a beaten Frieza and open his face mask to say "Your new Emperor of the Universe has arrived", before Frieza pledged his loyalty to him. Under Frozko the Frieza Forces wasn't as tyrannical but the conquering of planets did ensue across timelines but he believed in strength in numbers and that warriors would fight harder for you if you showed them you had some care for them he would only force planets to fight for him if they refused his offer and would only completely take over the planet if he needed their resources to outfit his growing empire.

He is tall by his races standards being 5'10 (a bit shorter than fifth form Cooler)

He is not romantically involved with Zarbon but if wanted to he'd had already gotten Zarbon in the bed, he has respect for him which goes a long way with Frozko

His ki blasts are said to give you chills, which is confirmed with his multiple freezing attacks which include a Freezing Beam, Ice Claws, and other uses of ice that he actively summons.

His arms and legs are a lot thicker and muscular than his torso and neck which are relatively thin

He speaks with a proper but southern charmed accent a bit like Matthew McConaughey... Did I spell that right on my first try?
