Just a fast pencil sketch I've done during watching the proceedings of sentencing trial of Aiden Fucci. It brought to my head many questions about sentencing the minors as adult. In my country, he would be set free at the age of 18 with a clear rap sheet and a new name. In USA he faces minimum of 40 years and maximum of life in prison. What is the right approach in cases like this? Is it closer to that of my country or to that of USA? So many questions, but what's more important, a destroyed life of a young girl.
