Description
This salute stance was described in my Eyes of Sapphire web novel:“My queen,” the Royal Guard captain, Undyne bumped in from the left with a blithe voice and a smile.
“Ah, Undyne!” Alphys gasped in surprise. “You scared me there.” She sighed with a weak smile. Undyne gave the queen the royal salute, raising both her arms in front of her chest horizontally and parallel to each other. The right arm a few right below the height of her chin and a few inches above her left arm. Alphys nodded in reply.

I figured that it'd be cool to imitate cool salutes from popular pop culture movies and apply them in Sorrowtale. Some of the cool salutes that i really liked from movies is the Wakanda salute and the War for The Planet of The Apes salute. Sorrowtale's royal salute is a combination of both of them.

Hmm, maybe. Alphys is still qualified as a scientist tho, she just doesn't do as much research as much as she did. You can read the Web novel and find out that she has her own personal lab in the castle.
