Jaehwa is good when it comes to basic idol stuff. He’s very good at rapping and writing lyrics. He has taken dance lessons for a number of years and has a better than average singing voice. But he’s not so good when it comes to the social aspect, it’s not the Jaehwa is shy or antisocial, he just independent and doesn’t like to share personal information. As far as languages, Jaehwa knows the basics of what you had to learn in school but really can’t speak anything but korean.

Jae-Hwa is a closed off boy who doesn't really care to show his emotions. He doesn't want to look weak so he plays most things cool. He's kinda cold (total ice king) and doesn't like to get super close to others in fear of getting hurt. He can get a bit mean and defensive if he’s annoyed or feels like he’s being attacked, although he’s usually cool tempered. He was raised to keep his mouth shut so he doesn’t really talk unless he’s spoken to or feels it’s necessary, but this doesn’t mean he’s shy, he’s not, he just keeps to himself. If you piss Jaehwa off or do something to betray his trust, which he doesn’t hand out for free, he won’t easily forgive you.

Jaehwa is an ambitious and motivated person who is always looking to improve himself. He believes that if he doesn’t reach the top and achieve his goals he’s worthless. He’s very passionate about music and has worked most of his life towards where he is now. He puts his heart and soul into whatever he’s doing at the time. Although he doesn’t show it he cares alot about the things and people he loves and cares about. If you get close to him he’ll go out of his way for you.

--Biography:

Jae-Hwa was born in the bad side of a big city as the first and only child. He lived happily with his parents in a small but nice house. Everything when we'll for the first six years of his life. His mother worked with his grandmother at a flower shop and his father was an auto repairman. They were quite happy and some of the best years of his life. When Jae-Hwa was seven things began to go down hill. To make extra money his mother and father began to sell drugs with the gang his father had had one foot in since he was nineteen. Jae-Hwa was young and mostly oblivious of what his parents were doing, he kept going to school, and being a normal kid. Things slowly became weird, though. Strange people would come to his house late at night and he was always told to stay in his room and keep quiet. Right before the Christmas and Jae-Hwas tenth birthday, his parents were arrested. At first, he didn’t really understand what was happening and the gang his parents were apart of took his in, thinking he could replace his parents. Luckily, his grandmother quickly pulled him out and occupied him with work at her flowers shop and dance classes to distract him from the court hearings and gang activities. But Jaehwa want stupid and soon the kids at school would push him around or act afraid, and the parents saw him as less than and kept their kids away from him. Jae-Hwa didn’t totally mind the isolation, but what really pissed him off was how other people saw him. Everyone except him to grow up to be just like his mom and dad. His anger slowly built up, and to get it out he would spray paint words on walls, they slowly became sentences and almost poem like (lyrics). At 15 Jaehwa was arrested for vandalism. Later that night his grandmother bailed him out, using the little savings she had. She handed him a notebook where he could write his lyrics instead. The disappointment lasted for almost a month and he thought of his parent. He promised himself he would only make her proud from then on and prove to everyone that he could be more than his parents. Jaehwa began to work more at the flower shop and at cafes to pay for dance classes and voice lessons. At 17 he applied to start training at YM and at 18 he became a trainee.
