Hmm probably have some help from someone, I'd imagine after some fights they'd figure out how to contain her, since she could take Pac down anytime she wants

She is a cursed Ice ghost, fire can hurt her ghost form but not so much the dragon form. So far the only way you could catch her would be to wear her out. Since I don't believe normal Nether Dragons have a real weakness other then being chained
