All I could hear in my head while repainting this was "Smother me" by The Used. It really does suit this drawing, not the lyrics to the song, but just how it sounds.I drew this a stupid amount of time ago, and it never really got painted or coloured at all, so i thought as i'm missing Ash far too much i'd repaint it, nice and simply

"Could stare at your face for the rest of my days"
"When i'm alone time goes so slow, i need you here with me"
Saying that, the song does fit a little bit

I love how you kept with one general color and it's relatives in this piece, and the added pink highlights in the hearts, tails, and eyes are a nice touch.

I was working on a fully coloured one, but i figured it would just be too much. I just did the grays and it was far too boring, and i just discovered how to use the opacity on the pen tool and figured it would be cool.
I fail dramatically at couples, i struggle to make my characters interact XD xx

Pssh, you fail at couples? For some reason, having two characters interacting is always difficult for me. When I do couple pieces, I generally look at stock photos so I can get some realness in the posing.

Yeah, i've tried looking at stock for poses and whatnot but i can never find the right ones haha XD
