I managed to gather few ideas about Sanguine

I keep pronouncing it a bit differently:
Sanguine (sun-goo-een)
サングイン (sa-n-gu-i-n)
But it's ok in whatever way you guys pronounce it
It's not his real name though, just a name Samael gave him.

The shadow servant, Samael's eye.

A selective mute
(Selective mutism (SM) is an anxiety disorder in which a person who is normally capable of speech does not speak in specific situations or to specific people.)
In which he doesn't speak with anyone other than Samael. But he communicates by simple hand movements or writing in a small notepad, which he keeps in his pocket.

Sanguine never shows his body to anyone too. He keeps every inch of the skin covered in cloth, save for his hair. It's because he's covered in burn marks, after barely surviving a great fire at his town. He lost everything in that fire, but then he was asked to work at a hotel, Grim Side Manor.

The tribal tattoo's he has on his body allow him to move around like a shadow. They were added after he came to serve at the estate. They weren't made by a needle but some dark magic.

If something happens out of hand, Sanguine instantly informs Samael.

Other then that he's a very nice, calm and helpful person.

I'm not sure about his hair length yet. Either cut short or with a ponytail tied with a silk blood red ribbon. I see both versions fitting him...
