Description WHO CAN FINISH THE TITLE?

John Wolfe

Have you ever stopped to wonder where your military-issued pokemon came from? No, neither has John. Such details are inconsequential. All that matters is that once they are through with him, they are fit for military service. Surely you didn’t think the pokeball was all it took to make a wild animal willing to follow you onto the battlefield.

Although this particular career choice is just one in a string of many, this Castellia City native has always had a gift for manipulating things. Distractible audiences, unruly animals, skeptic customers, or the flow of giggle water down a most illegal passageway and into a certain speakeasy – John has done all of these. Or just one of them. Or none of them at all, maybe. It all depends on how you ask.

History’s always been a tricky subject for John anyway, and what may lie in its dark, intriguing depths has absolutely nothing to do with his enlisting for military service, he swears to you. He loves the glorious land of Unova and all it stands for, and believes that Kanto means to do right well by it. Not only are his services in demand, they are also deserved. Why, he’s even shaved away his ritzy black locks for the military’s sake. And why wouldn’t you believe him? He might cast the forbidden and debonair shadow of a gangster (nasty word, really) when he’s got his hat and coat on, but sit down and talk with him for a few minutes and you’d be hard-pressed not to like the man in front of you. He might not be the same man as he would if he were talking to that other stranger two tables down, but again, that is inconsequential.

By night, Mr. Wolfe bartends for the soldiers of Kanto. Lord knows the poor saps need it. With excellent taste in alcohol, an air so inviting you’d forget you’ll be stepping out onto a battlefield tomorrow, and a drink selection uncannily fine for the location, John makes the bar into one more place that no one can keep away from.

Pokemon

Dottie: John loves rodent pokemon, and saw to it that he got one as soon as he could. Apparently they have many varied uses that you soldiers take for granted. Dottie is almost always somewhere in the vicinity of her master, free of her ball, though you’re not likely to see her. When you do, don’t worry – she’s not some flagship for filth and disease. Dottie keeps herself impeccably clean.

Louise: Like rodents, Zorua have their own various uses for a man of many talents. Like most little foxes, Louise wasn’t easy to tame. She is now happy to oblige John and his requests, however. Not you, though. You’re getting your shoes scratched.

Dizzy: Don’t mess with the big pig.

(TOLD MYSELF I WOULDN’T DO A TEXTWALL WHOOPS. Thanks for reading. I hope I see more characters for the bar environment around here too, like how about a little entertainment huh? B] Soldiers love entertainment.)

:U HELLO MISTER.

You know I love the pose, but I will say it again--I love that pose. The nonchalance of it is hella sexy and really makes the application awesomesauce. <3 Also Dizzy just looks like the best bouncer ever. <3

I could see Connie taking a break in a pub once in a while. She's a salty old seadog.

Juuuuuudiiiith... I think I'm in love. With Dottie. Raaaaaaat <3<3

Seriously though, this guy is amazing, and the bio is so well-written that it in itself deserves praise. Lots of it. I adore the way you draw Pokemon, your style is so expressive!!!

Too bad Evelyn's got a stick up her butt... But then, there IS alcohol involved. Maybe she can be convinced to pay a visit =3

Your writing is buttery. I'd favorite this for the writing alone.

... You can tell a lot about a character by the pokemon he has... A rat, a fox, and a pig.
Oh my.
I like him anyway. So smooth.

I think that you're close. I think it's supposed to be:

Don't Mean a Thing if you don't got swing.

But it's still just a guess.
