An elephant running that I did for a client recently. The project was put on hiatus, but I was still paid (yay) and I cleaned it up nice. I wanted to share.This was my first time animating an elephant. They have a unique way of running. I made many changes to make it appear more "badass", as requested by my client.
I'm sure that the perspective and sliding aren't completely perfect here. I'm not too experienced with tweening a cycling movie clip to make it appear to be moving in perspective, but I'm happy it at least looks convincing enough.

Wow! Very nice! The animation is very fluid and lively! And you're right, the elephant has such a bizarre way of running like, get out the way or Imma trample you. e_e
Did you used Pen Tool on the lineart? I've been trying forever to get my lines smooth with the brush tool.

Really nice little animation you have Juudisu. I've seen elephants kind of run like that and you seem to have it down. It was a nice touch adding the dust clouds around the elephant's feet.
The elephant himself looks good, but the only critique I'd give is that the ears look off. I don't think they are that necessarily pointy. The shape is kind of right, but needs to be...wider?
