I bet it is, I once had a scientist on my own working on a Spiritomb/Muk fusion, it ended up going crazy because of unstable dna-strands. Made two interns braindead, covered the entire C-section of the 2nd basement flour in spectre Slugde, and finally drawoning in it's own slugde. That guy had a lot of paper work too. Luckily for him, the company.....that means me, covered for the expenses for the recover of the two interns and the clean up of both the lab and the creature itself.

If you like, I could try developing a Chimeskull that might be able to over come him... it would take a bit, but it would be worth it if it worked.
