My take on Mr. "Bucket-helmet" himself... and this time I wanted him serious and scary.And male. *cough*
I'm enabling "advanced critique" because I feel many things are off, but after having this image under my eyes for two days straight I can't properly focus on mistakes anymore, sigh.

Nice lighting and I like the cracks. Not so much the actual coloring. But then that's why I stick to paints. I'm shit at colouring on the computer.

Yes, I asked advanced critique because I wasn't sure on the coloring technique. The metal texture is somewhat too bland, I fear.
I'm ashamed to confess I'm less than proficient in traditional coloring...

There are ways of creating brushed alluminium effects, and the like with Photoshop. I could find and post the links for you if you like, but you could probably find them yourself. Photoshop tutes are ten a penny on the web.
You could treat each piece of metalwork seperately, that might look interesting?? Like he's been bolted together after a repair job or something!

I'm inspired in trying a more rugged look on a new version of this drawing... time to experiment something new on Photoshop, hehe.

the only thing I don't like is the "texture" (my english is not good enought) you use to color him. Too much unpersonnal.

You're right on that, I searched for a 'cold and worn' effect but it ended somewhat too bland. Will work on that bit

It looks different to the Megatron I know (and worship) but is very good. The only word I can think of is "realistic". Lips are too pronounced for my taste but I guess that's how would they look if the real thing is ever made and made to look realistic in concern of facial expressions. the pipes on the neck looks nice but I would cover them or make a design that looks less like as if his neck were slashed.

though he doesnt quite have those ridges above his eyes the face is a bit gaunt and megs never had thick lips like that
