Oh, I see that now. I wasn't sure. I almost thought that they were falling from the Dandelion. Oh, I love that you call them "wish flowers" that is so cute! where are you from as I have not heard them called that before. I'm in the US.

I live in Wisconsin. The yellow part of the flower is the Dandelion, it turns into a wish flower when you can wish on it
