Godzilla: With respect, Madison, perhaps this is a Titan that you don't fully understand, either. A long time ago, I was in battle. My friends and I were on a mission. They were trying to balance the planet like I was doing. But their lives were being taken in a cave of stone by a Titan. So, I went looking for them. But in six months, I never met anybody who traded with him. One day, I saw a child playing with lifeless bodies of his parents. The Titan had been killing humans.
Madison: So why kill them?
Alfred Pennyworth: Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some Titans aren't looking for anything logical, like offerings. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some Titans just want to watch the world burn.
