Description
With Scarlet and Violet having a past and future theme, it was only fitting that I picked Scarlet as my Paldea version since the I find the past more intriguing; I'm a sucker for history. Guess that worked out for the better as the new Paradox Pokemon had cool past iterations. With Orthworm being my first shiny of the generation, I decided to hunt in Area Zero for my first Paradox Pokemon, Great Tusk. This was without the Shiny Charm so it was full odds. Using the sandwich method, the Area Zero cave was filled with these guys. Another 20 minutes passed and as I was about to reach Research Station 4, this big lug spawned. I didn't teach any Pokemon any useful catching moves so I kept chucking balls at it. I did however have Orthworm Jim with me and every time this guy used Stomping Tantrum, Jim ate that up. Eventually, I caught this guy in a Timer Ball (seemed appropriate) and I named him Tusker.One Paradox Mon down, six to go.
I used this guy so much, he now has the Partner Mark
