The Make
ASDAS supermarket had an Awesome Brain jelly mould as part of their Halloween display this year so I had to get one. Unfortunately using Jelly didn't work because of the weight and mass of the shape even after adding extra Gelatine to the mixture. I racked my Brain for a while then remembered Blancmange! A milk based desert that's like jelly but holds the shape much better!
Only down side is that it tastes pretty bad

we had to change a line in a play because we were sure the students at our school didn't know what blancmange was. Wonderful use of it
