Here are the Mermaid forms of the first batch of Pretty cure All Stars Human hosts, How this happened is when The Queen of the Oceans and the Princess of the Seas Make earth into a WaterWorld so the Mermaid Empire will rise again after They Changed history when the Mermaid Queen make the Wish of Mermaids and other Aquatic Beings inherit the Planet while the Human Race Got changed intoΒ Pantharassa's while the rest of the Non-humans are just a Minority.In this new World Order, There are no Pretty Cures this time, Instead, The Girls become a Underwater Police force known as the Guardians of the 7 Seas.

Canon World aka World of Precure All Stars:
Nagisa Misumi: Student of Verone Academy. Member of her school's lacrosse team and one of its star players. Promoted to captain of said team during her third school year. Graduated from her middle school.
Honoka Yukishiro: Student of Verone Academy. President of her school's science club. Lives with her grandma and pet dog due to her parents' work overseas. Graduated from her middle school.
Hikari Kujou: Sentient life force of the Garden of Light's almighty ruler, the Light Queen. Masquerading as Akane Fujita's cousin and helps her "cousin" with handling Akane's takoyaki business. Earned her right to live as a separateΒ human being after finally defeating the Dark King for good and restoring the Light Queen.
Saki Hyuuga: Student of Yuunagi Middle School. Member of her school's softball team and is the team's star pitcher. Her family owns a bakery called Bakery PANPAKApan and she is also an avid baker who helps her family in the business.
Mai Mishou: Student of Yuunagi Middle School. Member of her school's art club and is an aspiring sketch artist.
