That's Link and B.O.B. babysitting Susan and Dr. Cockroach's twin kids, but they're not quite good at it.
Why? Well, when B.O.B. was starting to give Bugsy a nappy change, the insect/baby squirmed out of his gooey grip and crawled up the wall and up the ceiling. B.O.B. ordered Bugsy to get down, though he just him raspberry blow. Bad baby.
As for Link, he was a bit unsure of feeding Clair a bottle, but it's a worth it... I think.
