Rookiedee's eyespot is eyemask, resemblance to DC's Robin, Nightwing, Red Robin and Marvel's Bucky Barnes

I just noticed the other day, it looks like it has half closed angry white eyes with red pupils, but the pupils extend past the white, so that makes me think the white is just a pattern, so his eyes are just the red pupils! It totally changes the way I see the design now hahaha

Yeah the white part is just a pattern, same with Corvisquire. I think it's a reference to chickadees and other birds with fake eyespots
